  14. San Diego, CA -- StepAhead Software today announced that release
  15. 1.0 of AddressBlaster(TM) for NEXTSTEP users is now shipping.
  16. AddressBlaster is the all-new enterprise management tool that
  17. combines superior contact management features with an integrated
  18. graphical mail-merge to give users instant access to all of their
  19. contacts.

  22. commercially available DOS, Windows, and Macintosh packages, but
  23. NEXTSTEP let us go way beyond that," said Kurt Herrmann, founder
  24. and president of StepAhead Software.  "NEXTSTEP's kit objects,
  25. integrated fax, and networking, let us give our customers
  26. revolutionary capabilities with AddressBlaster."

  28. About AddressBlaster

  30. In addition to standard contact management features, AddressBlaster
  31. makes it possible to blast personalized faxes and letters instantly
  32. to any number of contacts.  AddressBlaster's RTFD mail-merge
  33. templates can include color and graphics for company logos,
  34. product graphics, charts and illustrations.  The same simple
  35. interface prints envelopes, mailing labels, phone books,
  36. newsletters, postcards, letters, memos, and more.

  38. AddressBlaster also provides complete import/export capability,
  39. allowing users to share contact info with each other, with other
  40. NEXTSTEP applications, and even with DOS, Windows, or Macintosh
  41. applications.  Fax numbers stored with AddressBlaster are available
  42. to all NEXTSTEP applications.

  45. StepAhead Software to discuss EnterpriseContacts(TM), the
  46. object-oriented API to AddressBlaster.
